Mediatomaatti network sites include, among others: mediatomaatti.fi, potilas.com, potilasvahinko.com, uniluoto.com, and other websites maintained and published by Mediatomaatti or Owlkeep that refer to this page.

The sites are primarily free publishing, guide, directory, leisure and entertainment services. As a rule, users are not required to register, create a user account or store personal data. On some sites, users may voluntarily submit feedback, use search functions, provide a nickname, leave a comment or enter information needed for a specific function, such as generating a horoscope.

2. Scope of this privacy notice

This notice applies to the use, technical maintenance, security, analytics, advertising, feedback, possible comments and other voluntarily used functions of websites in the Mediatomaatti network.

This notice does not apply to third-party websites, services, advertisements or embedded content that may be linked to or displayed on the sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

This information is used to provide the horoscope or interpretation requested by the user. As a rule, it is not stored in a permanent user profile and is not used to identify the user unless this is separately disclosed and the user gives separate consent.

Horoscope content is entertainment, leisure and interpretive content. It is not medical, financial, legal, psychological or other professional advice.

4. Sensitive data

Potilas.com and Potilasvahinko.com cover topics related to health, patient rights, patient injuries and healthcare services. The sites are not healthcare services and do not ask users to store patient or health data.

If a user voluntarily submits sensitive information in feedback, email, comments or otherwise, it is processed only to the extent strictly necessary to handle the contact or prevent abuse. Unnecessary sensitive data may be deleted.

Users are asked not to send health data, patient documents, personal identity codes, insurance documents or other confidential information through the sites.

Information entered into Uniluoto.com horoscope functions is not normally stored permanently unless otherwise stated in connection with the function.

Potilasvahinko.com and other content concerning patient rights provide general guidance. They are not individual advice from an authority, the Finnish Patient Insurance Centre, a court, lawyer or other legal professional.

Information on the site does not create a legal engagement, client relationship, treatment relationship or binding assessment of an individual case.

Always check current instructions from official sources and, where necessary, seek advice from a qualified professional before making decisions, applications, appeals or taking actions subject to deadlines.

15c. Horoscopes, entertainment and interpretive content

Content on Uniluoto.com and other entertainment or interpretive sites is leisure, entertainment and interpretive content.

Horoscopes, symbolic interpretations, personality-related texts, predictive content and similar material are not medical, financial, legal, psychological, spiritual or professional advice.

Users should not make significant decisions concerning health, finances, relationships, safety, rights or major life choices solely on the basis of such content.

16. External links and embedded content

The sites may contain links to external websites, official sources, commercial services, partners, advertisers, videos, maps, social-media services or other embedded content.
